What is SchedulerPro?

SchedulerPro is HIPAA-eligible home care scheduling software built for agencies that manage caregivers, clients, and service authorizations. It replaces spreadsheets and manual scheduling with a structured, AI-assisted workflow.

Core workflow:

Set up Clients → Set up Employees → Create Service Orders
       ↓
Build Weekly Schedules → Monitor & Track Time Slips
       ↓
Run Reports → Use AI to fill gaps and improve efficiency

Who uses SchedulerPro?

Role What they do
Admin Full access — manages users, settings, billing, and all data
Scheduler Manages clients, employees, service orders, schedules, and time tracking
Read-Only Views schedules and reports — cannot create or edit
